If your client clicks a top rating (like 5 stars) the client is asked to write a public review on the major review site of your choice.

If your client clicks a low rating (like 2 stars) the client is NOT asked for a review, but instead asked for private feedback on what you could have done to earn their 5-star review.

If your client doesn’t click on any rating, the Rising Star Review app will send the client a follow-up email or text message after a few days as a friendly reminder.

You get notified by email to let you know what rating the client gave you and see their feedback if their rating was low.
