It’s as easy as 1-2.

1. You enter your client’s name and email or SMS phone number and click “Send”

2. That’s it. You’re done. The app takes care of the rest.

Still wondering what happens after that? Well…

The Rising Star Reviews app emails or text messages your client, asking them to rate your business.

If your client clicks a top rating (like 5 stars) the client is asked to write a public review on the major review site of your choice.

If your client clicks a low rating (like 2 stars) the client is NOT asked for a review, but instead asked for private feedback on what you could have done to earn their 5-star review.

If your client doesn’t click on any rating, the Rising Star Review app will send the client a follow-up email or text message after a few days as a friendly reminder.

You get notified by email to let you know what rating the client gave you and see their feedback if their rating was low.
